Wi-Fi onboarding
Get guests online — and into your guide
“What’s the Wi-Fi password?” is the most common guest message. Destinito answers it on the guide, and can add a branded guided sign-in on compatible networks.
Honest about what depends on your network: showing Wi-Fi details works everywhere. A guided captive-portal sign-in requires a compatible router and our Wi-Fi partner. Destinito never joins a guest’s device to a network for them — the guest still connects on their phone.
How guests get online
Guest scans your QR code
The property QR opens the guide in any phone browser — nothing to install.
They see your Wi-Fi
Network name and password are shown on the guide, ready to enter.
Optional guided sign-in
On a compatible network, a branded Wi-Fi welcome page walks the guest through connecting.
Guide stays open
After connecting, guests land back on your guide for everything else about the stay.
What’s available
Wi-Fi details on the guide Available
Show your network name and password so guests can connect manually. Works on any property.
QR-based access Available
One property QR opens the guide; a separate Wi-Fi welcome page is used for the guided sign-in flow.
Branded guided sign-in Requires router setup
A captive-portal welcome page for your property, delivered through our Wi-Fi partner.
MikroTik-based captive portals Optional integration
Integrates with MikroTik-based captive portals via our Wi-Fi partner. Destinito does not operate your router.
Consent & privacy Available
Analytics are consent-gated and fail closed — nothing non-essential is recorded before a guest agrees.
Manual fallback Available
If a guided sign-in isn’t possible on your network, guests still get the password and the full guide.
What we don’t claim
- No automatic device connection — a phone can’t be joined to a network without the guest.
- Destinito doesn’t run RADIUS servers or control your routers — that lives with your network and our Wi-Fi partner.
- Guided sign-in availability depends entirely on your property’s network hardware and configuration.
