Send the brief. We come back with a routing and an indicative price — usually within three working days.
What Happens After You Send This
- Within one working day — we confirm receipt and flag anything in the brief that will not work as described, before you take it to your client
- Within three working days — an outline routing and an indicative per-person price at your group size
- Once the outline is agreed — a costed day-by-day program naming the actual hotel, coach operator and guide
- Then — one contract covering the whole program, with a deposit schedule
What to Include
The more of this you can give us up front, the more useful the first reply is. If you do not know something yet, say so rather than guessing — an estimated group size we plan around is harder to unwind than an unknown one.
- Group size — the real number, or the range you are working to. This drives the routing more than the budget does.
- Dates — or the window. December to March is the regional peak and inter-island capacity is the constraint.
- Islands — or just the idea, if you want us to propose the routing.
- Fixed points — a cruise call, a flight already booked, an event the group must attend.
- Languages — German, Dutch or French guides are booked with the guide, not added later.
- Budget band — optional, but it saves a round trip.
