Destinito
For Tour Operators

Caribbean Group Travel, Coordinated Locally

Destinito helps tour operators arrange hotels, transfers, local guides, group meals, activities, cruise extensions and multi-island programs from one local contact.

One Local Contact Instead of Nine Suppliers

Running a Caribbean group from Europe or North America usually means contracting a hotel, a coach company, a guide, a restaurant, a boat operator and a ferry agent separately — in different time zones, several languages and with no one on the ground when a sailing is cancelled. Destinito is based in Sint Maarten and handles all of it under one contract, one invoice and one phone number that answers in island hours.

What We Handle

Group Sizes

Our core range is 10 to 30 guests. That is not an arbitrary bracket — it is the band the region's equipment handles in a single movement. The tightest constraint is the air sector: a Twin Otter in standard commuter configuration seats 19, so a larger party is more than one rotation. Ferry and coach capacity depends on what is rostered. Above 30 a program usually needs split departures or a charter, which we arrange but price differently. Tell us the real number early; it changes the routing more than it changes the price.

The 19-seat figure is the DHC-6 Twin Otter type certificate maximum (passengers, excluding flight crew), per the Transport Canada type certificate data sheet; operators may configure fewer. Coach and vessel capacities vary by the equipment rostered. As of 19 September 2026 — we confirm the actual equipment for your dates at quoting time.

Islands We Cover

Sint Maarten / Saint-Martin is the hub, and it is where we are based. From there we run programs to Anguilla, Saba, Sint Eustatius and Saint-Barthélemy, and we coordinate St Kitts & Nevis, Antigua & Barbuda and the USVI/BVI corridor. See multi-island group programs for how the connections actually work.

Frequently Asked Questions

What group sizes do you handle?

Our core range is 10 to 30 guests, the band the region's equipment handles in a single movement. The tightest constraint is the air sector, where a Twin Otter in standard commuter configuration seats 19. Larger groups are possible with split departures or a charter, priced separately, and we confirm the actual equipment for your dates before quoting.

How much lead time do you need?

Three months is comfortable for a single-island program and six for multi-island, because inter-island transport capacity is the constraint rather than hotel rooms. December through March is the regional peak — planning demand on every corridor runs roughly two to three times the September low — so book those dates earlier.

Do you work with cruise groups?

Yes. Pre- and post-cruise programs are a large part of what we do, and Sint Maarten's pier makes it practical: we handle pier transfers, hotel nights either side of the call, and day rooms for groups on late departures.

Can you provide German-speaking guides?

Yes — German, Dutch and French. Language coverage is booked with the guide, not added afterwards, so confirm it in the brief rather than at final documentation.

Do you contract with the tour operator or with the end client?

With the operator. You keep the client relationship and the customer contract; we supply and operate the ground program. We do not sell to your passengers directly.
