Aruba ranks 9th overall (50.4) but 20th regionally (38.6). It is a gateway with 29,665 weekly seats to destinations outside the Caribbean; of its 25 destinations, 22 are outside the region and 3 within it.

The United States takes 59.3% of seats and Latin America 23.3%. Leading routes are New York (JFK), with 25 departures and 4,679 seats on JetBlue (B6) and Delta Air Lines (DL); Boston (BOS) with 18; Tocumen (PTY) with 18 on Copa Airlines (CM); and Bogota (BOG) with 14. Within the Caribbean, 87.4% of departures go to Curaçao, with 76 departures shared among six carriers. JetBlue is the largest carrier at 23.2% of seats (HHI 1,129), and 20.0% of destinations have two or more airlines.

As a gateway, Aruba received 179 extra-regional arrivals with 31,731 seats. Of those seats, 97.7% had a same-day option, to Bonaire or Curaçao, with a median wait of 2.3 h.

Europe accounts for 290 seats (0.8%). Flights arriving from Amsterdam (AMS) continue to Bonaire and Curaçao, so 2,300 of Aruba's Caribbean seats are legs of long-haul flights. The Aruba–Bonaire and Aruba–Curaçao route pairs are flagged for uneven directions.

Score and rank

The connectivity score is an index on 0–100 built from departures, destinations, airlines, hub links and seats; the regional score uses the Caribbean subset only. Both are defined in the methodology. Not a percentage — an island does not have "96% connectivity".

Low season against peak

Peak week pending. This edition measures the week of 19 October 2026 only, and that week is an early shoulder week rather than the bottom of the season — some winter services start in October and others in November and December. The peak week is collected separately, and no low-versus-peak comparison is shown until it exists.
