The Experience
QDL runs like a small, well-oiled clinic rather than a hospital queue. Walk in early ΓÇö doors open at 7:00 AM on weekdays ΓÇö hand over your doctor's requisition, and a phlebotomist has you in and out quickly. The facility covers a full clinical menu: hematology, coagulation studies, clinical and special chemistry, and microbiology spanning bacteriology, parasitology, serology, immunology, and cytology. Staff are used to visitors, cruise crew, and expats as well as Kittitian regulars, and the tone is efficient but personal. For housebound patients or travelers laid up at their hotel or villa, QDL also offers a home phlebotomy service, sending a collector to you.
