The Tipsy Goat bar spills out onto a terrace hovering above the pool, with the Caribbean glittering on one side and the green flank of Mt. Scenery rising on the other. It's the closest thing this five-square-mile island has to a nightlife scene — and it's exactly as unpretentious, friendly, and view-drunk as you'd hope.
