The kitchen makes its dough from scratch every morning, so pizzas come out with a proper chew and just-charred edges — a small miracle on a 5-square-mile island where every ingredient has to be barged or flown in. The vibe is casual and unpretentious: locals popping in for lunch, divers refueling between tanks, hikers still wearing their boots. It's the kind of place you end up at twice in the same trip without meaning to, mostly because it hits the sweet spot between hungry-after-a-hike and don't-feel-like-changing-clothes.
