What this is
The Government of Sint Maarten publishes a page titled forms-for-businesses under the Ministry of Finance. That placement is what the page's own breadcrumb states.
The Tax Administration's website
In an announcement dated 17 February 2024, the Government stated that the Minister of Finance had launched the Sint Maarten Tax Administration's website, tax.sx, offering "background on the structure of the tax administration, relevant laws, and various downloadable forms".
A later notice, dated 20 February 2026, stated that the site was "now back online and fully accessible" after "an extended period of downtime". We record both: a site that has gone dark once is worth checking rather than assuming.
A separate notice dated 7 January 2026 stated that 2025 tax documents are available on the Government of Sint Maarten website, and directed taxpayers to its own Taxes and Forms page rather than to tax.sx.
The official page
We link this page so it can be found, and we do not describe it. When we captured it, the page returned successfully but carried no description of the service, no procedure, no document requirements and no fee - only the site's standard header, contact block and navigation.
That is a statement about our capture, not about the service. Pages on this site can render content in a browser that an automated capture does not receive, so there may well be more here than we were able to read.
