The Experience
You push open the door off the Carré d'Or and the yacht-basin sun cuts out; inside it's cool, quiet, and lined with lit vitrines. Trays come out with white gloves and unhurried patter in French, English, Italian or Portuguese — pull up a stool at the counter and they'll happily set a Big Bang next to a Patrimony so you can feel the weight difference. The jewelry side is just as considered: Boucheron, Ginette NY, Pesavento, Redline stacking rings, plus Albanu cords braided from horsehair that most guests end up leaving with as a keepsake. Ask to see the limited-edition and island-exclusive pieces first — Time regularly gets small allocations (special Hublot dials, Zenith Defy variants) that never make it off St Barth.
