Book the earliest slot of the day: the water is calmest, the dolphins are freshest, and you'll beat the mid-morning cruise-excursion wave. Arrive 30 minutes before your program time for the briefing — latecomers can lose their slot on busy ship days. Leave the GoPro expectations at home; personal cameras aren't allowed in the water, so budget for the photo package or designate a spectator to shoot from the observation area.
