You step off the palm-shaded drive into the Great House, and the room opens straight through to a wraparound veranda framed by the resort's manicured lawns and, in the middle distance, the shimmer of the Caribbean. Ceiling fans turn slowly overhead, service is warm but never fussy, and the buffet-plus-à-la-carte hybrid means you can graze from tropical fruit and fresh-baked pastries or order something more considered from the kitchen. Mornings here have a resort-lobby-meets-plantation-house feel: quiet enough for early risers with a book, lively enough by mid-morning to feel like the island's social hub. It is unmistakably a Four Seasons experience — polished linens, good coffee, attentive but unobtrusive staff — but the setting keeps it feeling distinctly Nevisian rather than generic-luxury.
What to Try
The Lobster Hash ΓÇö the kitchen's riff on Eggs Benedict using local spiny lobster ΓÇö is the signature and worth ordering even if you're not usually a big-breakfast person. Beyond that, look for the tropical fruit plate (pineapple, papaya and passionfruit sourced from island growers), the coconut-bread French toast when it appears, and a proper Caribbean saltfish and johnnycakes plate for a taste of what Nevisians actually eat at home. Pair anything with a fresh soursop or guava juice rather than defaulting to orange.

Ask for a table on the far end of the veranda rather than near the buffet ΓÇö you'll trade a few extra steps for the best breeze and an uninterrupted lawn-to-sea view. Neve is primarily a breakfast room, so time your visit for around 8:30ΓÇô9:00 a.m., after the early-golf crowd clears out but before the late risers arrive, and you'll have the veranda close to yourself.
