Loterie Farm is a private nature reserve nestled at the foot of Pic Paradis, St. Martin's highest peak. Originally a sugar plantation from 1721-1848, it was transformed into an eco-tourism sanctuary in 2003 by former Hollywood actor B.J. Welch. The property offers multiple experiences including two zipline courses (Fly Zone and Fly Zone Extreme with lines up to 490 meters), hiking trails through tropical forest, a stunning spring-fed pool surrounded by cabanas, and the Jungle Room Restaurant featuring Caribbean-Asian fusion cuisine. Guests can spot wildlife including green vervet monkeys, iguanas, parrots, and hummingbirds throughout the lush grounds. The venue also features a kids adventure park and hosts regular events including Saturday brunches and pool parties.
